Commission
10% of invoice value
I work on the basis of a 10% commission of invoice value for each job that you price and secure. This fee only becomes due once you have been paid, so therefore, if the lead generated by my site is not secured by you, then no commission is due whatsoever.
Monthly Fee

This fee is a standard amount I charge. It covers ongoing hosting, phone line rental, and any other associated costs.
All site updates, and any additional works required are 100% taken care of by me. The monthly fee is just to cover ongoing monthly rental costs associated with the site that has been built to generate leads for you.
This will need to be setup via Standing Order with your bank and can be cancelled anytime if you wish to stop using my services.
Simple as that!
The monthly fee is very reasonable and all the time this is being paid, you have sole leads produced by the site.
Something else to consider is if you are not earning then neither am I, therefore I will be actively looking to secure as many jobs as possible for you.
The commission fee is 100% RISK FREE for you. You pay me nothing until you have been paid. If you have any questions then please check out my Q&A section which might answer them.
